PARKER, Pa., July 6, 2010 – Today Central Electric Cooperative (CEC) announced Shannon Blain as its new consumer service billing representative. Prior to CEC Shannon worked at NexTier Bank in Parker, Pa.
Shannon and her husband Douglas have a son, Tristan. In her spare time Shannon enjoys camping and scrapbooking. Shannon and her husband are also active 4-H Club leaders for Venango County’s Emlenton Echoes.
Central Electric Cooperative is a Touchstone Energy Cooperative serving approximately 25,000 members with over 3,000 miles of distribution lines in portions of Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, Clarion, Forest, Mercer and Venango counties.
