CEC conducts an annual survey through Clarion University’s Small Business Development Center. A randomly selected number of members are called throughout our seven counties and asked questions about customer satisfaction and reliability. The four American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) questions are also included in the survey. ACSI is a national customer satisfaction index model that indicates the overall satisfaction of consumers across the country.
We are pleased to announce that this summer we received our highest marks ever! In fact, our members ranked us higher than our neighboring investor–owned utilities and cooperatives. The survey results provide us with constructive feedback from the members and helps us to continue improving our service and reliability for the future.
