Pay on a Budget

Members who have abnormally high bills during a part of the year and lower bills in other parts of the year, such as electric heat in the winter and air conditioning during the summer, may request to have their accounts established on the budget plan. Payment under this plan permits members to pay a specified amount each month for electric service. All accounts using budget payments must be paid in full in April which is the end of the budget year. If the member’s bill shows a credit balance, indicating over payment for the year, the credit may be applied toward the next budget year, or be refunded upon request. If interested in budget billing, contact a Member Service Representative at 800-521-0570.
