To be eligible you must:

  • Be a CEC member
  • Be enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution
  • Complete the application
  • Compose a one-page essay on your community involvement
  • Provide a copy of 2009 federal income tax filing

Blane has a son, Heath, a daughter, Lee Ann and two grandchildren, Cole and Carly.  He resides in West Freedom with his wife, Heather.

Stacey will graduate from Butler County Community College in May 2010 with an associate in applied science degree as a network and PC specialist.  Stacey has worked at CEC for 10 years.  She resides in Turkey City with her husband, Dave and son, Derrick.
