Are you a residential member? If so, you can purchase an A.O. Smith, high-efficiency water heater for only $349.99 (plus tax) from Dr. Waterheater, Inc. The tank must be installed by Dr. Waterheater and you must participate in the cooperative’s load management program for a minimum of three years.

The Program
- Members may purchase tank with “Standard Installation” for $349.99 (plus tax) by Doctor Waterheater
- Any work or material outside of “Standard Installation” is strictly between member and Doctor Water Heater
- Only residential rate class members are eligible
- Must agree to join our load management program for a minimum of three years
- Must accept installation by our contractor
- There is no $2.50 load management credit under this program
- People currently receiving a $2.50 load management credit will stop receiving it if they get a water heater under this program
Standard Installation
- Deliver and install an 80-gallon electric water heater
- Includes hot and cold water copper fittings and no more than five-feet total of water line per install
- Connections from the tank to the existing plumbing lines
- Shut-off valve on inlet water line
- 3/4” copper relief line to within 6” of finished floor
- Electrical connection to the water heater
- Installation of load management switch
- Removal and disposal of old water heater
