Over Memorial College Fund

Early June 22, 2013, Central Electric Cooperative (CEC) lost one of its long-time employees in an electrical contact accident.

Michael Eugene Over, "Mike," CEC journeyman lineman was on the job, restoring power to a member in northern Armstrong County near Bruin, Pa. when he came into contact with an energized line. Mike leaves behind his wife Crystal and daughters Carly and Abby, as well as many friends here at CEC.
