All service request forms are monitored Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., except on major holidays. 

To report an emergency situation, including trees on power lines,  please call 800-282-8610. 

This website is for Central Electric Cooperative, Inc. in Pennsylvania. Service requests on our website are only for members in our service territory.

If you are building or need to start service at a location already served by Central Electric Cooperative (CEC), we ask that you contact our office at 800-521-0570, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., to speak with our Member Services team.

If you are currently a CEC member and are leaving the residence, this form will allow you to close your account.

If you would like to report a situation where a tree (or any vegetation) is potentially causing a hazardous situation, this form will allow you to report that to CEC.
