If you have built a new home or are moving into a home and need to start service with Central Electric Cooperative (CEC), this form will allow you to start the process. Once you submit this form, a Member Services Representative will contact you to complete the process and get your account started.

If your CEC outdoor light is in need of repair, this form allows you to submit that to CEC for repair.
