Official 2025 CEC Electronic Ballot

In today’s busy world, CEC is committed to making voting as convenient as possible. That is why CEC offers multiple ways for members to participate in the 2025 Board of Directors Election including in-person, by mail, or online. To cast a secure, convenient, electronic vote follow the instructions outlined below.

  1. Click the link below to access the official electronic ballot.
  2. Enter your account number and election passcode. This information can be found on the printed ballot received by mail.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to review candidates and make your selections.
  4. Confirm and submit your vote.
  5. Optionally, you may print a ballot summary and request an email confirmation for your records.

The deadline to submit your electronic vote is August 5th at 3:00 p.m.

All members are invited to attend the 88th Annual Meeting of the Members, where the official election results will be announced. 

  • Date: August 6, 2025
  • Time: Doors open at 5:00 p.m., meeting begins at 6:00 p.m.
  • Location: AC Valley Elementary School
